provided with RINA and IQNET certifications those are the two master certifying bodies. Marine 40 chain marked at approximately every 60cm, and it has a special marking that states quality grade as M40 and brand name.

Marine 40 brand chains eliminate the problems that are caused by the thickness of zinc layer and chain in wide ranges specified by international standards to the windlass gears. Unlike other chains, Marine 40 chains can be used on windlass gears without problems for many years, in which the link length and outer width are presented as a standard single figure.

70 micron thick zinc layer;

Marine 40 chain is continuously hot dip galvanized to provide a deep and strong protective coating. Marine 40 chain has a minimum of 70 micron thick zinc layer that is over 30% more zinc than standard galvanised chain.

Marine 40 chain is mechanically and chemically cleaned before galvanizing to create the longest lasting protection against corrosion. Thanks to the processes after the galvanizing , Marine 40 chain has no burr and irregular thickness on the zinc layer.
